Samsung Wave 3 Announced

Samsung has announced Bada 2.0 OS based Wave 3. The phone will available first in France than to Germany, Italy. Samsung Wave 3 will be available by the end of next month in India. Samsung Wave 3 has 4 inch Super AMOLED screen, 1.4Ghz processor, a 5MP auto-focus camera with LED flash and 720p HD video recording feature and a VGA front facing camera.

The phone will have WiFi, HSPA + connectivity, Bluetooth, voice recognition features and Near Field Communication(NFC). The Wave will cost around Rs.19,600.

Idea Launches Android Based Smartphone

Idea has launched 3G Android based smartphone for Rs.5,850 and Rs.7,992. The Smartphone would run on Android v2.2 Froyo OS and will have 3.2MP camera. The smartphones will have 3.5 and 2.8 inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS. Smartphones will have social networking sites apps, Google and YouTube will be pre-loaded. Along with the phones Idea is offering data services worth Rs.3,500 with Rs.259 pack which offers 1GB of data download per month and Idea TV subscription both for three months, 3G Double Dhamaka benefits for 6 months and Rs.25 talktime for both prepaid and postpaid users.
